Time4Breax is a kind of "health monitoring" or ergonomic tool that was developed to remind eagerly screenworkers like you and me not to work too much time and to make pauses regularly (break reminder). The program usually runs minimized in the system tray during the daily work and reminds you via notification messages or sounds to have the recommended breaks and not to work longer than the maximal recommended work time per day.
